The house was contoured to the land which utilizes light in a truly modern fashion.

The house was constructed in an L-shaped plan in which the exterior of the L faces both the open waterfront and the beautiful Bal Harbour Marina.

The entrance to the house fronts east toward the Bal Harbour Marina, while the back of the house faces west to open waterfront.

The L-shaped plan in which the interior features two bedrooms three baths, two half baths, a 3rd. bedroom (maids room or office) and a two car garage all with original terrazzo flooring.

True to typical Wrightian style, the house was constructed to have different interior ceiling heights; the living room areas suddenly rise dramatically, transitioning in unexpected spaciousness complemented by the abundance of windows and natural light. The large kitchen and third bedroom/office is distinct from the rest of the house on the northeast wing leading to a separate porch area.

The floor plan consists of a central living and dining room area with two perpendicular wings.

The southern wing contains the two bedrooms, two bathrooms.

The northern wing is comprised of the kitchen office/third bedroom and garage connected by a continuous side hallway.
